Shipping and Returns

Is COVID-19 impacting orders right now?

We are still open and sending out orders on time. However, please be aware that shipping times may be longer than usual. Shipping carriers are handling an overwhelming amount of packages at this time, and therefore you should expect shipping times to be longer than normal. We do not have any control over the shipping carriers' speed. We thank you for your patience during this time.

What are your shipping options?

We offer the following shipping options:

International Shipping:

In stock items will leave our facility within 5 business days

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to all international orders.

What is your return policy?

Returns can be submitted here.

We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

For returns in the United States, if you choose to use a prepaid shipping label for your return, $5 will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns, the cost of the pre-paid return label will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the return submission. If items have not been mailed back in that time period, the return will be voided.

In most cases, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.

 

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

My Order

My tracking number says the item was delivered but it has not arrived?

While we understand that this can be frustrating, the package generally arrives within 2 business days of the package being marked as delivered.

We ask for your patience during this time. It may help to contact your local USPS.

If after 2 business days the package still has not arrived, contact us at info@tinilux.com. We will submit a USPS search request. It typically takes 48-72 hours for an initial response.

If the package has still not arrived and USPS cannot offer any more information we will send out a replacement package.

Can I get a refund if shipping is delayed?

We cannot offer refunds for delayed shipment. Once a package has left our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control.

   

We ask that you please be patient during this time. Due to the global pandemic, shipping carriers are handling an overwhelming number of packages and therefore shipping times may take longer than usual.

I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout, can you help?

Please email us and we can apply the discount to your order if it meets the conditions.

There is an item missing from my order, can you send me a replacement?

Please email us with the details of your order and the item that was missing and we will handle it accordingly.

My jewelry is damaged or defective, what is your warranty?

We offer a 90 day manufacturing warranty on all of our items. If your purchase is damaged during shipping or breaks within 90 days due to a manufacturing problem we will replace it no questions asked. Contact us at info@tinilux.com for a replacement.

I lost an earring, can you replace it?

Our warranty does not cover lost items. We are not responsible for lost items.

My ears hurt when I put your earrings in, am I allergic to titanium?

We only use pure titanium in our earrings and it is extremely rare to be allergic to titanium. In fact, according to a study conducted by the National Institute of Health, less than 0.6% of the population is allergic to titanium.

Most likely, you are experiencing some initial irritation due to trauma at the piercing site from inserting an earring. Because piercings are wounds to the body, the skin inside the piercing tends to be very delicate. If you insert an earring, especially if you haven't worn earrings in a while, you will most likely cause some micro-tears to the skin at piercing site. These can become red, sore and inflamed, symptoms that are similar to an allergic reaction. One of the biggest differences, is that the pain and symptoms from irritation will subside after a few hours or a few days of wearing earrings, while the symptoms from an allergic reaction will continue to get worse the longer you have earrings in.

Because of this, we always recommend starting with a pair of studs that you can wear 24/7 for a few days or a week. This gives your ears a chance to heal from the initial trauma of inserting an earring and allows any active allergic reactions to subside and heal.

We recommend using Vaseline, Aquaphor, or similar lubricant to help earrings go into the piercing more easily, especially if you haven't worn earrings in some time.
