Materials

ASTM F-67: Pure, unalloyed titanium. This is the safest metal for sensitive ears because it is the least likely to cause a reaction. We use this for almost all of our earrings.

ASTM F-136: Implant grade titanium. This is an biocompatible alloy containing aluminum, vanadium, and titanium. We use this for our flat back studs.

STAINLESS STEEL: We use this as a base metal for our bracelets and necklaces. We always use nickel free and lead free stainless steel. It is then plated with titanium nitride, a biocompatible material, to further protect sensitive skin.

COATING: Titanium nitride PVD is applied to our gold jewelry to give it an 18k gold color. Titanium nitride is a hypoallergenic material that is more durable and resistant to wear than gold plating.

CARE: Since the materials we use are non-tarnishing, our jewelry can be worn in the water and will not change color, rust, tarnish or turn green.

I never write reviews but I had to this time. I purchased my first pair a month ago but I wanted to wear them as long as possible before writing my review and I have to tell you, I LOVE it!! I never had issues with earrings until after the birth of my son. I've tried so many different types of earrings and as soon as I put them on, my ears would burn. Then I came across Tini Lux and read the founder's story. I was skeptic to try another pair of earring but I took the leap and ordered my first pair. I was happy my ears didn't burn or itch after wearing them all day long but I have to say, I was still a little bit skeptic. You have to understand, I've ALWAYS had issues with earrings so there was still a small part of me worried these earrings still start making my ears burn and itch. Well after the second day, third day and now I've worn them every single day since I got them, I am EXTREMELY HAPPY I got them! I even ordered a single loop so I can finally wear something in my second ear hole, something that I never have to take off. So comfortable

I'm so glad I found Tinilux. These are the only earrings I can wear without irritation. My only disappointment is I had the original Mini Celeste Studs for 2 years but one of the stones fell out recently so I ordered a new pair. They are still just as comfortable but I don't like the new prong style as much as the original. I wish they'd bring back the old style.

Amazing product and customer service

I have struggled with most earrings, even the ones that are supposed to be hypoallergenic and good for sensitive ears. My piercings would sometimes get really sore and icky for no reason. I have worn the Tini Lux studs 24/7 since I got my first pair last summer and they are a game changer! My piercings have been perfectly healthy since I started wearing them and I no longer deal with pain or tenderness. Tini Lux's customer service is also incredible. One of the stones recently fell out of my earring and they sent me a brand new pair! Overall, I'm highly impressed by the product and the customer service!!
