Sensitive Ear Care

Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to heal your ear piercings. These instructions are tailored toward people with sensitive ears and active allergic reactions. 

You may be experiencing some initial irritation from inserting a new pair of earrings. This is normal and is a result of tissue damage around the piercing site. This should go away after a few hours. We highly recommend giving your piercings a few hours or days to adjust to our earrings.

We always recommend using Aquaphor, Vaseline, or a similar lubricant around the piercing site and on the earring post when inserting a pair of earrings. This will help minimize tissue damage and irritation. We also suggest doing a saline or salt water rinse once per day around the piercing site to aid in healing.

It is extremely rare to be allergic to pure titanium, but if the initial irritation gets increasingly worse over time or your ear lobes start to swell, then you may be experiencing an allergic reaction.

Disinfect your earrings by soaking a cotton swab in isopropyl alcohol, then gently use the cotton swab to clean off the post, back, and back of stud. Avoid the areas of the earring that are plated in gold or rose gold so that the color does not wear away. Then, rinse the earring with water and dry completely with a clean cloth or paper towel.

We offer a one year manufacturing warranty on all of our items. If your purchase is damaged during shipping or breaks within 365 days due to a manufacturing problem we will replace it no questions asked.

Shipping

There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next couple of days or so. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days please let us know and we will arrange a solution.It may also be helpful to contact your local post office for more information.

Occasionally packages are lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If you notice that your tracking information has not updated in a few days, please notify us via email at info@tinilux.com. We are happy to help rectify the situation but we must be notified.

We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. There is a restocking fee of $10 on all returns refunded to the original payment method.
