- ASTM F-67: Pure, unalloyed titanium. This is the safest metal for sensitive ears because it is the least likely to cause a reaction. We use this for almost all of our earrings.
- ASTM F-136: Implant grade titanium. This is an biocompatible alloy containing aluminum, vanadium, and titanium. We use this for our flat back studs.
- COATING: Titanium nitride PVD is applied to our gold jewelry to give it an 18k gold color. Titanium nitride is a hypoallergenic material that is more durable and resistant to wear than gold plating.
- CARE: Since the materials we use are non-tarnishing, our jewelry can be worn in the water and will not change color, rust, tarnish or turn green.

Great for adults who want low-maintenance earrings you can sleep in. I absolutely love these earrings and have had zero issues with them. I make sure to tighten the screw back once every day or two, though they don't seem to get loose. I guess my lobes are thin because these posts have room to spare and the earrings droop a bit, so it's interesting to read the reviews that say they're too short. This is my first time trying screw on backs, and I won't ever go back to regular earrings. I'd love to see some screw back options with larger earrings--geared more for adults. My ears are sensitive enough that sleeping in regular stud earrings can be problematic. Thanks for this option tinilux, you rock!
The length is too short for my daughter. Recommend square instead of round backing for ease of handling and long post option for those with thicker lobe. Adult size looks tacky.
These earrings are so comfortable! I wish the screw back was available on more earrings!! I’d order them all!

I’m not a kid but I have smaller ears so these studs are the right size. The earring back is a screw on so it’s very secure and I feel comfortable wearing it while being active and outdoors; I’d imagine it would work well for kids of all ages. The screw back is externally threaded so it’s not for new piercings. The titanium is bery comfortable and I haven’t had a reaction to any of tini lux’s earrings.
