ASTM F-67: Pure, unalloyed titanium. This is the safest metal for sensitive ears because it is the least likely to cause a reaction. We use this for almost all of our earrings.
ASTM F-136: Implant grade titanium. This is an biocompatible alloy containing aluminum, vanadium, and titanium. We use this for our flat back studs.
STAINLESS STEEL: We use this as a base metal for our bracelets and necklaces. We always use nickel free and lead free stainless steel. It is then plated with titanium nitride, a biocompatible material, to further protect sensitive skin.
COATING: Titanium nitride PVD is applied to our gold jewelry to give it an 18k gold color. Titanium nitride is a hypoallergenic material that is more durable and resistant to wear than gold plating.
CARE: Since the materials we use are non-tarnishing, our jewelry can be worn in the water and will not change color, rust, tarnish or turn green.

large rooftop hoop earrings
My hopes were very high for this product, so I am very disappointed. The earrings arrived a bit discoloured. One side was yellow gold and the other side had a dark tint. I thought it was my eyes but it’s not. I’ve had the earrings for only 2 weeks. They felt good to wear but I can’t get over the tarnishing for the price.
They are really heavy compared to my other earrings, there is a significant weight to them to the point that I am worried its going to stretch my piercing holes. On top of that, look closely at the photos - the bar that goes inside the ear is super wide and painful to push through, comparing to all of my other earrings, they are by far the widest and heaviest. They are just all around too large and heavy for my ears, I prefer a much lighter earring.
The part that goes into your ear was too big
I'm enjoying these in silver. They are not very shiny and can look very dark at the seams of the twist, almost black. I think they are a balance of tough, edgy, and fancy. They are chunky, so evident, but not heavy.
I hadn’t worn earrings in so long because I couldn’t find pairs that were non-irritating to my ears. The first day I wore these hearings, my ears were very irritated, and they felt heavy. I switched to the rooftop hoop earrings to get my ears used to wearing earrings again and switched back after a few days. I have not taken them off since. They are comfortable for day to day, Comfortable to sleep in, and overall I am very impressed.
