Cold Weather Vacation Capsule Wardrobe

I'm really excited to be taking two long weekend vacations in the upcoming months. The vacations could not be more different, climate wise, though. My first trip is to Lake Placid, New York for one of my best friend's bachelorette parties. We're renting a big cabin and doing lots of winter activities. Lake Placid was the home of the 1980 Winter Olympics and many of the sites are still active for people to use.

I'm starting to plan my packing list now for the trip so I was inspired to create a cold weather vacation capsule wardrobe. For our trip, we need a mix of cold-weather outdoor activity clothing, night-out clothing, and comfy cute clothes for hanging out in the cabin.
