Materials
ASTM F-67: Pure, unalloyed titanium. This is the safest metal for sensitive ears because it is the least likely to cause a reaction. We use this for almost all of our earrings.
ASTM F-136: Implant grade titanium. This is an biocompatible alloy containing aluminum, vanadium, and titanium. We use this for our flat back studs.
STAINLESS STEEL: We use this as a base metal for our bracelets and necklaces. We always use nickel free and lead free stainless steel. It is then plated with titanium nitride, a biocompatible material, to further protect sensitive skin.
COATING: Titanium nitride PVD is applied to our gold jewelry to give it an 18k gold color. Titanium nitride is a hypoallergenic material that is more durable and resistant to wear than gold plating.
CARE: Since the materials we use are non-tarnishing, our jewelry can be worn in the water and will not change color, rust, tarnish or turn green.

These are more of a brass color than gold and are SO HARD to click into place. I really regret purchasing. They do not irritate my ears and so for that I gave 2 stars. But the design is so flawed and they are so cheap looking I’m really kicking myself for wearing them bc now I can’t return.

Where have these been all my life?
I'm a 47 year old woman who has had her ears pierced since she was about 12. They never healed correctly, and I just assumed there was nothing I could do. I would occasionally wear earrings, my ears would ooze and itch and get red, I'd deal with it, then not wear earrings for months. My 8 year old got her ears pierced and the same thing was happening! I remember a piercer cousin of mine saying "no one should ever wear anything except titanium in a piercing." Got these for my daughter, her ears started healing immediately. Well, you can see where this is going - bought these for myself and turns out I wasted over 30 years NOT wearing earrings! They are comfortable and I can wear them for days. Really wish I had figured this out sooner!

The earrings are very cute, however the clip un-dose very easily. Both these and the mini city hoops. I wore them to a wedding, I wasn't dancing or anything, just chatting with a friend, and my birthstone hoop just fell out, luckily I noticed so I didn't lose it. However, I lost one of my mini city hoops, I was so upset as they are expensive and it's difficult finding pretty titanium earrings. I tried to attach a video of how weak they click shut, but the site is only allowing me to take a picture, even though it says "picture/video".
